Trainee IT Support Analyst/1st Line Support Analyst/Helpdesk Support-12 month Fixed Term Contract (Customer Service), North Yorkshire. A FTSE 100 company based in North Yorkshire is seeking a Trainee Support Analysts/1st Line Helpdesk Operator on a 12 month fixed term contract to join their busy team. Ideally you will have had 6-12 months experience in a customer service environment, ideally working on an IT helpdesk/1st line support position and will also possess a qualification in IT. You will be responsible for supporting up to 1500 users throughout the UK.
If you have strong customer service skills, are well organised and are seeking a trainee position in a helpdesk role with progression opportunities and the possibility of further employment after this period, this could be the ideal position for you! Salary £DOE + benefits.
