Due to the increasing demand for its Financial Services Business, our clients seek more Independent Financial Advisors to add to its growing sales force.
Based in branch, your individual responsibilities would be to maximise the sale of financial products.
The primary role will be to qualify financial leads as well as maximise on cross-selling Financial Products. Observance of all compliance requirements, administration in accordance with company policy and procedure,To provide high levels of customer service in line with Best Advice principles,Also to maintain levels of product knowledge,basic legislation and selling rules. Once an advisory role is obtained, you will be required to supervise trainee independent financial advisors.

Successful candidates should also possess an excellent telephone manner, with the organizational and interpersonal skills required to work unassisted and to deal with clients at all levels or types.
In return, you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary package along with uncapped OTE, aswell as a company laptop,with full administration and IT support. To succeed in this role you will have already excelled in a selling role of any kind and must also have a well developed level of relationship management skills for internal introducers.

Trainee advisors can expect to earn: £32,000 - £38,000+ OTE in year 1
